2026 Property Use & Liability Waiver
Please Read Carefully – This Affects Your Legal Rights
We’re grateful to share our property with family and friends and want everyone to have a safe, fun experience. By entering and participating in activities on the property of Steve & Kristy Williams, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that activities on the property may include, but are not limited to, use of the treehouse, trampoline, slip n’ slide, water features, recreational equipment, trails, and other outdoor activities. I recognize that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, dehydration, weather-related conditions, serious injury, disability, property damage, or even death.
By coming onto the property, I acknowledge that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for myself and for all members of my family or group accompanying me. I understand it is my responsibility to ensure all members of my group follow posted rules, act responsibly, and use all equipment safely and as intended.
In consideration for being allowed to use the property and participate in activities, I, on behalf of myself, my family members, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless Steve & Kristy Williams, their family members, associates, and insurers (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, causes of action, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in activities on the property, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.
I understand that supervision may not be provided and that I am solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and well-being of myself and any minors or guests accompanying me.
I certify that I and those in my group are physically capable of participating in these activities and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. In the event of injury or emergency, I authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.
